Grace joined NELP in 2024 as Development Associate. Grace contributes to NELP’s growth goals by providing support with donor tracking systems, project management, funder research, and donor outreach and stewardship.   

Grace’s work is informed by her background in psychology research and data analysis in the political and public policy space. Beginning in 2019, Grace contributed to a longitudinal psychology study evaluating the link between early mother-child connections and later child development. In 2022, Grace joined The States Project, where she developed data infrastructure, translated data insights, and launched comprehensive dashboards in order to help build governing power at the state legislative level.  

Throughout her endeavors, Grace has been dedicated to centering equity in a comprehensive and sustainable way, and she is excited to continue to do so at NELP.
