NELP operates in a flexible, hybrid environment. The intent of our hybrid policies is to offer flexibility, improved work-life balance, relationship-building opportunities, focused or quiet work time, and to support a positive working environment. In-person work can be an important part of supporting strong relationship building among colleagues, momentum gains through informal conversations, networking, and mentoring. Remote work can provide opportunities for reflection, deep focus, collaboration with colleagues and partners across geographies, and less commuting time. With these benefits in mind, NELP is striving to build a hybrid work environment that enables our staff to leverage the benefits of both in-person and remote work. Under NELP’s hybrid policy, our staff members are required to work from the NELP office a minimum of six days per month.
NELP is an equal opportunity, fair chance, affirmative action employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
