Summary
On May 25, 2023, Najah Farley testified before the New York State Senate Labor Committee in support of the Securing Wages Against Theft (SWEAT) Act (S1977/A46). The SWEAT Act will ensure that workers have the tools to hold dishonest employers accountable for wage theft.
