On Immunity for Employers in Violation of Health and Safety Protections During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Summary

On May 12, 2020, Rebecca Dixon testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary against broad immunity for employers violating workers health and safety protections during the COVID-19 pandemic.
